Hearth building new senior housing

Little Canada-based Hearth Development has started work on its newest site, a 98-unit senior living community just east of Highway 169 in Elk River.
The project is being built by Nottingham Construction (a Hearth Development affiliate) and was designed by Bloomington-based Kaas Wilson Architects. The community will offer independent senior rental, assisted living, and memory care services.
