The Shop, Guardian Angels and Bredlow also walk away with awards for their efforts

ABRA Auto Body & Glass in Elk River has been named the 2018 Business of the Year by the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.

The award was one of four different awards given out by the Chamber of Commerce on April 25 at The Links at Northfork to recognize a business of the year, new business of the year, employer of the year and young professional of the year.

The Shop Tire & Service Center was named 2018 New Business of the Year.

Guardian Angels Senior Services, one of the area’s largest employers, was named 2018 Employer of the Year.

The first ever Young Professional of the Year is Dusty Bredlow, commercial lender at The Bank of Elk River.

The awards are given to members whose primary business positively impacts the Elk River region and whose business practices and professional conduct is above reproach. The recipients were also presented with certificates and letters of congratulations from Sen. Mary Kiffmeyer, R-Big Lake.
