If you have experience in or are interested in downtown redevelopment, developing mixed use, market rate housing projects then you need to an end this informatonal meetng hosted by the City of Elk River on March 23, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (lunch will be provided for those who RSVP).
The city is evaluatng a potential redevelopment project in our downtown corridor. This is an opportunity to receive information prior to the distribution of Request for Proposals.
The meeting will be held at City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River.
