Sportech of Elk River established a strong company purpose early on: “to lead by example where we work and live, using our values to guide us.” Its core values include integrity, excellence, passion, innovation and collaboration.

The company is leading supplier of windshields and other accessories for power sports customers. It was founded by a father and son team in 1994 and has steadily been growing and expanding ever since. Sportech now employs 250 people and was named the employer of the year by the chamber in 2016.
