Downtown Elk River turns up holiday cheer

The Downtown Elk River Holiday Celebration on Dec. 15 attracted 100s, including many children and families who visited Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The annual event was sponsored by the Downtown Rivers Edge Business Association.
